Why can't the account and phone number be used again after violating the rules? We think that after canceling the account, we can keep the phone number and use it normally for new account verification. In this way, we don't have to keep changing the number frequently, causing trouble for customers.

The advertised person was not who they said they were
The person advertised was not the person I saw there was 2 people there and neither one matched the advertised person I kinda went with it anyway but after20 mins it felt wrong like I had been decived so no happy with the result of the interaction I say this so no one else falls for the same trap that I did!
